What information we collect
We collect information in two ways: when you contact us, and when you purchase and set up a MissionGo system.
When you contact us or request an audit:
- Your name and email address
- Your organization name and role
- Any details you share in your message
When you purchase a MissionGo build:
- Your organization's name, size, and structure (staff count, roles, policy categories)
- Payment information — processed and stored entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Staff names and training records you enter into your Airtable compliance system
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Build and configure your compliance system
- Deliver your system and send your login credentials
- Respond to your questions and support requests
- Send monthly system updates included in your subscription
- Improve MissionGo based on how clients use it
We do not use your information for advertising. We do not sell it. We do not share it with marketing platforms.
Who we share your information with
We use a small set of trusted tools to deliver MissionGo. Your data may pass through or be stored in:
- Stripe — Payment processing. PCI Level 1 certified. Stripe Privacy Policy
- Tally — Intake form collection. Tally Privacy Policy
- Airtable — Where your compliance system lives. Each client has their own isolated workspace. Airtable Privacy Policy
- Make (formerly Integromat) — Automation that builds your system. Data passes through encrypted connections. Make Privacy Policy
- SendGrid — Used to send system delivery emails. SendGrid Privacy Policy
- Render — Server hosting for the build system. Render Privacy Policy
We do not share your data with any other third parties without your written permission.
Your staff data stays yours
The compliance data in your MissionGo system — staff names, training completions, policy acknowledgments, onboarding records — belongs entirely to your organization. We do not access it except when you ask for technical support. We do not analyze it, share it, or use it for any purpose other than running your system.
How we protect your information
- All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections
- Each client's Airtable workspace is separate and isolated from other clients
- Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on our servers
- Access to client systems is restricted to Fieri LLC staff
- Security headers are applied to this website to prevent common web attacks
How long we keep your information
We keep your account and system data for as long as you are a MissionGo subscriber. If you cancel, we retain your data for 90 days in case you want to return. After 90 days, we delete your account data from our systems. Your Airtable workspace remains accessible to you until you close it.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access — Request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Correction — Ask us to fix any information that is wrong
- Deletion — Ask us to delete your data at any time
- Portability — Request your data in a format you can take elsewhere
- Opt out — Unsubscribe from any non-essential communications

Cookies and tracking
This website does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics tools that collect personal data. We do not track your behavior across other websites.
Children's privacy
MissionGo is a business-to-business service intended for nonprofit organizations. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years old.
Changes to this policy
If we make significant changes to this policy, we will notify current subscribers by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version.
