The short version: MissionGo is a monthly subscription service. You can cancel anytime. You own your data. We build and maintain your compliance system. These terms explain how that works.
What MissionGo is
MissionGo is a compliance automation service built by Fieri LLC. We build custom Airtable-based systems that help nonprofits track staff training, policy acknowledgments, and new hire onboarding.
When you subscribe, we build your system, deliver it to you, and maintain it for as long as you are a subscriber.
Who can use MissionGo
MissionGo is a business-to-business service. By subscribing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to enter agreements on behalf of your organization.
Payment terms
- MissionGo is a monthly subscription. You are billed once per month.
- A one-time $99 setup call is included with every new build.
- Payments are processed through Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- If a payment fails, we will notify you by email. If payment is not received within 14 days, your system access may be paused until the balance is resolved.
Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing L.Schoon@proton.me.
- After cancellation, your system stays active through the end of your current billing period.
- We keep your data for 90 days after cancellation in case you want to come back. After 90 days, we delete your account data from our systems.
- Your Airtable workspace remains yours. You can keep using it or close it on your own.
Your data
You own your data. The compliance records, staff information, training logs, and policy acknowledgments in your system belong to your organization.
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not use your data for marketing.
- We only access your system when you ask for support.
- You can request a full export of your data at any time.

What we provide
- A custom-built Airtable compliance system based on your intake form
- Automated training tracking, policy acknowledgment, or onboarding (depending on your plan)
- Monthly system updates included with your subscription
- Email support with a one-business-day response time
Service availability
MissionGo runs on Airtable and third-party automation tools. We do our best to keep your system running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. If Airtable, Make, or another tool we depend on has an outage, your system may be temporarily affected.
We will notify you of any known service issues and work to resolve them as quickly as possible.
What you are responsible for
- Keeping your login credentials secure
- Entering accurate information into your system
- Making sure your use of MissionGo follows the laws that apply to your organization
- Not sharing your system access with anyone outside your organization without our permission
Limitation of liability
MissionGo is a tool to help you manage compliance. It does not replace legal advice, and we are not responsible for regulatory decisions made by your funders, licensors, or auditors.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Fieri LLC's total liability for any claim related to MissionGo is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
We are not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or data loss caused by third-party service outages outside our control.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a significant change, we will email current subscribers at least 14 days before the new terms take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
Termination
We may suspend or end your access to MissionGo if:
- You violate these terms
- Your payment is overdue by more than 30 days
- You use the service in a way that harms other users or our systems
If we end your service, we will give you 14 days notice and a chance to export your data, unless the situation requires immediate action.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Payne County, Oklahoma.
